My DOB 31 January 1976. Time : Morning 11.05 Am. Place Hassan.

We have one small site in My father ‘s name. He is not alive now. We would like to sell this to purchase a own apartment.  But we are not able to sell this site from last 10 years.

Based on my DOB. please advise us when we will be able to sell this property. We just need sufficient money to buy small own apartment.  Is there any remedy to be done by us.

Please advise.
