The given birth-details seem to indicate you are in the midst of 8th & 11th lord Jupiter/Guru-dev’s Maha-Dasha (from early 2010, as per Vimsottari Dasha system). To make things a bit more interesting, the good lord is not really a benefic for the birth-chart (although he might have bestowed some beneficence) participates in Rashi Parivarthana with his depositor Sun/Ravi, placed in the 8th house or Randra-Sthana.
What is also interesting is that the prior or previous Maha-Dasha was that of Rahu (from early 1992 to 2010), who is also placed in the zodiac sign of Leo or Simha Rashi… with Sun/Ravi and the 8th house being active. So, it looks like your life has been a bit of a roller-coaster ride, from early childhood. So, hear/reading a little bit to understand and corelated would be of interest.
