Your problem appears to have started from Nov 2024.
In your chart, Dhanus and Meena rasis are Dagdha with no cancellation. No immediate relief is seen but effects can be reduced by Jalabhisheka to Lord Shiva with a Sankalpa for removing the dagdha effects of Dhanus and Meena rasis. Doing Maha Mrityunjaya Japa (at least 108 daily) with the same sankalpa can also help.
