Your chart does have a strong Kuja dosha. The dosha of Kuja in the 8th aspected by Ketu can’t be easily countered. A procedure called Kumbha Vivaha does exist for such cases but in your case it is not advisable for the following reasons:

a) Your nakshatra and his nakshatra are adjacent to  each other. There occurs the dosha os “Stree Purva”.

b) Both of you are running the dasa of Rahu and the difference of dasa start is less than a Year.

c) Your Rahu is very close to Sun causing a Pitru dosha. This needs to be remedied.

Your marriage to him would cause him harm since he is the one without the kuja dosha.
