Does my birth chart favour success in the UPSC Civil Services Exam or in which year will I get a government job? My DOB is 16/10/2001 at 15:10 PM in Patna, Bihar.

There are chances in this period which is upto 01-08-2026. You will not get what you want it would be other alternative post. It would be give tensions until you receive the results. For UPSC examinations this period is good.
Saturn is in the star of Moon which gives you delays causing frustration. Next coming Jupiter period is also good for a job in Government sector.
