As gemstones give energy, is it bad idea to wear someone else’s gemstone ring? Will it bring bad luck? Can I wear a gemstone ring already worn by someone, even my family member. Is there any negative result if ring is worn by someone else and now I wear it? Does Vedic astrology say anything on this.
If it is a cheap gemstone, then it is always recommended that a new ring be worn. However, if the gemstone is expensive, the following steps should be followed.
1. Check if the gemstone is not defective in any way. The gemstone should not be cracked or chipped.
2. Check if the native who is going to wear it, his/her horoscope supports wearing such a stone. Otherwise it will give negative results.
3. Energize the ring before wearing it.
