The presence of Mars and Rahu together in the 8th house of Rasi chart (7th in the bhava chart) along with Venus is not very conducive for marriage. The presence of 7th lord in the 6th bhava (bhava chart) and that of the 6th in the 7th are also not conducive. The 7th house is further aspected by Saturn.
In Navamsa also, the 7th lord Venus is in the 8th with aspect from Mars. Rahu aspects the 7th house of Navamsa.
You are currently in the dasa of Saturn and antara of Venus. Saturn is the lord of 22nd Drekkana also and can give you ailments. Even so, the antara of Sun from May 2027 to May 2028 can give marriage.
Happiness from marriage may not be obtained easily. In fact your Sade Sati isalso starting from end February 2028.
