Ideally, it would make sense for you to provide some background of your qualifications, profession, areas of interest, reason seeking change etc., to set the context.
In any case, please be informed you are in the midst of Jupiter/Guru-dev’s Maha-Dasha. He is placed in the 8th house of Trying/Testing times and Sudden Changes/Transformations. Incidentally, he is too close to Sun/Ravi for comfort. He seems to engage in Graha Yudha or Planetary war and seems to have got torched in the process. And, current Antara is that of Saturn/Shani-dev, very strongly placed in the 12th house of Vyaya/Losses. So, not really a good/great time to consider changing, unless you have very good reasons (but then, the 8th house being activated has contributed to getting you worked up).
Given the situation, it might not be a bad idea for you to consider appropriate Vedic/Dharmic remedies to appease Sun/Ravi, the Karaka for career progression and elevated positions, as also strengthen Jupiter/Guru-dev.

As called out previously, Sun/Ravi is the 7th lord of Kalathra-Sthana (or the House of Spousal Relationship). He is weak with below par Vimsopaka Bala in Dasha Varga and placed in the 8th house is not a good sign. To make matters worse, he has engaged in Planetary war or Graha Yudha.
If I were to take the liberty, I’d suggest that you be a bit cautious/careful…for I foresee some trying testing times ahead – would make sense to validate in conjunction with your wife’s birth-chart.
