It is true that you have Mars/Kuja in the 7th house of Kalathra-Sthana., where he is neither happy nor comfortable in the house of spousal relationship. He can be detrimental to related significance. Apart from that, Sun/Ravi being placed in the 7th house is not really preferable. It would make sense for you to consider being extra cautious in managing/maintaining spousal relationship.
