Both of you seem to have anger/temper issues, with ego and pride pitching in and making the relationship more interesting. Incidentally, you are in the midst of Jupiter/Guru-dev’s Maha-Dasha and your husband is in the midst of Venus/Shukra Maha-Dasha. But then, the Lunar Nodes (more specifically Ketu) being active has contributed to lack of bonding and detached feelings.

The just concluded Ashtama-Shani or Saturn/Shani-dev’s transit across the 8th house from natal placement of Moon/Chandra in your husband’s birth-chart would have tested the relationship and domestic life… which I think will slowly get better, before you go through Ashtama-Shani yourself, which Saturn/Shani-dev transit into the Zodiac sign of Aries or Mesha Rashi.

All said and done, I think it would make sense for you to guys to appease Ketu by propitiating him. You could start by offering special prayers to Lord Ganesha daily, with unwavering faith, bhakti/devotion and a strong sankalpa.
