Considering the posted birth-details, it looks like you are in the mist of 8th & 9th lord Saturn/Shani-dev’s Maha-Dasha (as per Vimsottari Dasha system) and Antara of 5th & 12th lord Venus/Shukra. Saturn/Shani-dev is Vakra or Retrograde and placed in his Neecha-Sthana or sign of debilitation and has below par Vimsopaka Bala in Dasha Varga.
