No good career,no spouse,lack of friends,everything so wrong for me?

Struggling in almost every life area,from bad job offers so far,current unemployment,lack of friends,no spouse for future marriage,i&#8217;m alone whole life.
When things will fix and improve for me?

I secured a job till 31/12/2022,it will not be easy as needeed to learn a lot of different positions and info,but i will fight and hope for an indefinite contract for 2023.

I cannot leave my current city and i don&#8217;t have financially support to do such thing,but don&#8217;t want too.
If i will find solution in career,i think the rest i can fix them soon or later,but the two cases are a good stable job with worthable salary so i can save money and make decisions such as leaving toxic parents house enviroment and be complete independent,we have often conflicts with my mother and my father for career,politics,marriage etc.
The second is a serious relationship/spouse that will end in marriage and family.
