You’ve indicated not having a wish to marry and still want to know about marriage. Anyways, find below my understanding of your birth-chart… feel free to ignore anything not to your taste or liking.

You have limited Yogas for marriage or a happy married life. You are getting close to 40 years of age. So, the delay is obvious and the birth-chart indicates a tendency towards denial. Currently Maha-Dasha is that of Venus/Shukra, posited in the Lunar Constellation of Moola/Mula Nakshatra, ruled by Ketu. So, Ketu’s influence and your current wish/feeling is quite understandable.
