Please provide an overview of finances, health, marriage (timing), progeny(timing and how many), residence or own house (foreign or india). Seen some really tough times but also good times thanks to maa laxmi and Bhagvan vishnu.

I have health issue going on from past 6 months. I have been diagnosed with some heart problem. Doctor has advised a surgery which I don&#8217;t want to go through. Can i know if I will get over this issue without surgery.

I have been dating someone for over a year now. Do you think my time to getting married is closer, if so, will it be a happy loyal loving marriage and will I have good progeny?
 
As for settlement, is it job or business? And do i have chances of home ownership or permanent immigration  in foreign lands?
