Your wife 1st cusp (self) and 7th cusp (yourself) sub lord is Saturn. Saturn is in 8th house (tensions). Saturn is signfiying Rahu in 4th house (domestic front, happiness) and again 8th house through Jupiter. So she always feels tensions. 4th house also deals with vehicles. So she may have the fear of vehicles. But 8th cusp and 12th cusp sub lord Mercury is signifying 5th (love, children) 7th house (yourself) and 11th house (fulfilment of desires). So if we blend all these, we can say that she has over care on you, with more love and fear.

Her 3rd cusp (initiation, brain) sub lord Rahu is in 4th house (airy sign). Rahu is signifying 4th house and 8th house (which is 6th house from 3rd house – sickness to brain) which gives defect in the body.  So it says that there would be some defect in her thinking.
