Just so you are aware, there are different schools of thought and proponents of Astrology/Jyotisha consider different points of references (Ascendent of Udaya Lagna to be the Bhava Adi or start-point or Bhava Madhya or mid-point etc.).

In any case, I’m not sure why you would have this doubt about placement of Sun/Ravi. In my humble understanding and opinion, he is clearly placed in the 11th Bhava and 11th house.

That said, you seem to have extreme anger issues, with chances of often losing your temper uncontrollably… not a good sign. Further, it looks like you are a bit of a lonesome person with very few friends and limited social life…often mind running wild. Further, the conjunction of Sun/Ravi and Rahu is an indication of Pitru Dosha…something that is not really preferred, as also the placement of Mercury/Budha in his Neecha-Sthana or sign of debilitation (although its conjunction with his depositor Jupiter/Guru-dev does help with some Neecha-Bhanga or cancellation).
