Please check and confirm if you were born past mid-night (12:15 AM – night time) or past noon time (12:15 PM – day time). In your query, you’ve stated birth-time to be 12:15 AM… which is just past might night. If true, your Udaya Lagna or Ascendent will not be placed anywhere close to the Zodiac sign of Sagittarius or Dhanur Rashi. As per the birth-chart I’ve cast, it seems to be placed at the edge of Gemini or Mithna Rashi in a Cusp or Sandhi.

There is a strong foot-print of Ketu and his influence in the unfolding of Karma in your life is undeniable. Considering the same, along with ambiguity with regards to placement of Udaya Lagna or Ascendent, I’d be a bit skeptical of your chances… But then, some noble souls have seen and/or experienced miracles.
In any case, it might not be a bad idea for you to consider seeking help and guidance from experienced/knowledgeable experts for suitable Vedic/Dharmic remedies, to address the situation and your need.

Yes you are born with Gemini Lagna and Moon sign too and on verge of entering into Sani Dasa which would go on till 2045.Based on your Rashi chart,Navamsa,Saptamsa chart and Kshetra Sphuta and Deha method,I am humbly of following opinion.
1.Yes there is a Karmic delay in birth of Child but not denial.
