I will not suggest you to remove the stones it is your look out. Coral is suitable to you. Mars is in 3rd house. As Moon occupied Mars star, Mars get significations of Venus in 2nd house and Jupiter (10th lord) who signifies 2nd house. It is my opinion. Mars is for energy and it symbolises Lord Hanuman. So I suggest you to pray Lord Hanuman.
