Sir someone gets skin disease in the dasha of 6th lord or 8th lord or 12th?

There is nothing like skin diseases will get affected only in a particular Dasa. Mostly it is due to afflicted Mercury leading to contamination of blood. A Dermatologist is the best solution, though he has his own limitations.
