Dob 2nd September 1986 @ 17:55 PM in Mumbai.
Makar lagna karka rashi.
Venus is in 10th house in libra and Ketu is in 9th house in Virgo in lagna chart. Further they conjunct in the chalit chart.
However in navamsa Venus is in 2nd house in Libra and Ketu is with Saturn in the lagna in Virgo.
It seems Venus and Ketu both are vargottama. What are the effect of this placement on the native??
Also how will be Venus Mahadasha Ketu antardasha…..this will began in March 2019. (Venus mahadasha mercury antardasha was very bad for the native.)
Just adding to it…..there will be Saturn Ketu conjunction in March 2019 and my Saturn Ketu conjunction is in the navamsa lagna. Will this be good or bad for the native??

In your horoscope,Sukra is in the beginning of Tula rasi
Kethu is in the end of Kanya rasi(9th house).
You are correct in telling that they are in conjunction,
though they are in different rasis.
Conjunction of Sukra and kethu,spoils Sukra.
But you need not worry,as Sukra is in most powerful
kendra(which causes Malavya mahapurusha yoga).If you want to enjoy full blown prosperity of Sukra,
you have to do penance for one or two years,to reduce
or remove dosha of Kethu on sukra.
