First of all please note that a Rasi is different from a House. When zodiac (360°) is divided into twelve equal parts, it gives Rasi which has 30°. It helps to assess the strength of a planet. Suppose if a asthama patient is taken to OOTY or other hill station he will suffer. Likewise a planet suffers of gains strength basing on the place or Rasi. A house is an imaginary division around the earth which gives us the matters like marriage, job, children etc. The planets stay in the rasis and emit their rays to the earth through the houses. Then the native enjoys the results.

In your case Rahu and Venus are behind the 7th cusp (starting point of 7th house)  and are deemed to be in 6th house which is detrimental to marriage. So Venus and Rahu can not give you marriage. There are chances of troubles in fixation of marriage.  But it would be in Saturn bhukti which is from 01-07-2027 to 30.01.2029.

Sun/Ravi is also placed in his Neecha-Sthana or sign of debilitation (which is not really preferred – nor the 6th lord or Roga-Sthana being placed in the 8th house of Randra-Sthana), he is conjunct the 7th lord of Kalathra-Sthana (who incidentally is also a Badha-Karaka for the birth-chart, making you a target of jelously of ill-meaning and ill-wishing folk. You would also be susceptible to Evil-Eye, Black Magic and other such).

On the sidelines, Moon/Chandra being closely conjunct Mars/Kuja and their placement in the zodiac sign of Leo or Simha Rashi calls for validation of Mangalik or Kuja Dosha.

And, Saturn/Shani-dev the 11th and 12th lord being placed alongside Udaya Lagna or Ascendent – not to mention he being conjunct Ketu, would have anyways made life a bit of a grind. All these factors would be weighing in… over and beyond Venus/Shukra being placed in his Neecha-Sthana or sign of debilitation or being conjunct Rahu – which might very well be an indication of unconventional (outside caste/community/religion/region/different status etc.) marriage/relationship.
