I am facing continuous delays in my marriage. Proposals do come, but none of them are working out either due to misunderstandings, family issues, or sudden cancellations. I want to know from my horoscope what planetary combinations are causing this delay. Is there any specific dosha or planetary position responsible for the postponement of my marriage? Also, when can I expect marriage to finally happen?

Your lagna is in Cancer at 6°46’1″ co-ruled by Moon Saturn Mercury. Your 7th cusp is in Capricorn at 6°46’1″ which is co-ruled by Saturn-Sun-Mercury. Saturn, Sun and Mercury are in 8th house. 8th house gives tensions. 7th cusp (marriage) and 8th cusp sub lord Mercury is signifying Mars (lord of 5th house – romance) in 8th house and thereby signifying 5th house. 7th lord Saturn is in 8th house conjoined with Moon. Multiple planets in the 8th house of Saturn, Saturn Moon conjunction in the 8th house, birth in Amabasya tithi and Chatushpada Karana are all negativities for marriage. Specially when Saturn is the lord of the 7th also and is the Dsa lord too.
Mars in the 8th constitutes manglik dosha.
Saturn and Rahu are in Nakshatra interchange also. Rahu is in the 5th house of intelligence and love affairs (among other things) and occupies its debilitation house. The 5th house of this chart is the 8th of Kalapurusha and signifies darkness, secretive thoughts and coupled with the Saturn Moon conjunction, can give gloomy thoughts as well.
In Navamsa, the lagna is occupied by Venus (in its debilitation sign). Venus is in sign interchange with Mercury who is the lagna lord of Navamsa. The 4th house of Navamsa is occupied by the 3rd and 8th lord Mars and aspected by retro Jupiter and 12th lord Sun. Happiness from marriage could be achieved with difficulty.
Perform Jalabhisheka to Lord Shiva on Mondays with a prayer to remove the difficulties in marriage. (There is a procedure called Solah Somvar Vrat. I do not know if it is there in your place. You can get details on the net and perform the same).
