You have already met the person in the period 2021-24. You have an idea in a person already known to you who is from your locality and a different religion or community.
You have a bright future. Please concentrate on your studies. You will go abroad on a job and earn much. Your mind is full of ideas of love and marriage and have tensions about them.

Yes sir I do have tension and confusion about my marriage but now I feel I should every thing will work good,I will have faith in God and wait for right time

My habit of posporning thing and getting frustrated is also correct I think I should wait till Venus mahadasha and then think about marriage.
