      namaste sir,

      in my 32 years of married life i am staying in rented house , presently my husband is trying to get new flat for us but facing so many obstacles ….

      1.so can we be able to purchase own flat?
      2. & how will be my daughter’s life

      None in this world can own a flat or residential apartment. Even if you buy one, you will have to pay a tax to the King which means that you really do not own it. We are only temporary residents on this globe.

      Either way you have to pay a tax or rent for your house.
