I need guidance regarding the right gemstone for career and income improvement. My progress is slow and unstable. Someone advised me to wear Yellow Sapphire, but I’m not sure if it suits my chart. Please help and tell me which gemstone will actually strengthen my planets.

You are currently in the dasa of Saturn who is a yogakaraka for the chart but also retrograde. He is also the lord of the 10th bhava cusp and should help in your career. Nakshatra lord of Saturn is Mars who is also placed well in the chart. In dasamsa however, Saturn is in the 9th house indicating a possibility of change specially during 2022-2024. Did you have any change there?
Jupiter is not directly connected to your profession. Wearing Yellow saphire will not help you. You can wear the stone for Saturn (Blue Sapphire) if it suits you. First you have keep the stone with you for a few days and test (In about a week it will show some effects). If it helps you, you can wear it as a ring (on the left hand middle finger) or as a pendant. The jeweller can tell you the detailed procedure.
