In your chart all the planets are connecting to non improving houses except Saturn. But Saturn is the lord of 8th house (tensions, sudden or accidental events) and 9th house (detrimental to job) and is in 4th house. So there would be sudden changes in job and some times you may go on leave. The sickness due to Piles etc, those occur below your abdomen are also possible.

Improving houses are 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 6th, 10th and 11th houses, which are useful to a native. Here Saturn is signifying Mars (lord of 11th in 6th). So I advise you to wear blue coloured clothes and see the effects. If it gives you good things, it is useful. Then it is deemed Saturn is useful. You can wear a gem stone pertaining to Saturn.

Jupiter is the lord of 7th and 10th houses. But Ketu, a node, acts more powerful that Jupiter. Jupiter is good for recovery from illness, as he is in 5th house.
