Your chart shows Moon and Rahu in close conjunction forming a Grahana Dosha. The 7th lord Jupiter is in the 8th in its debilitation house and the 7th house is aspected by both Mars and Saturn causing delays. Kuja in the 4th also causes Kuja dosha (manglik) making matching of charts necessary.
Perform a Grahana dosha nivarana puja (local pundits can guide you). Get the charts matched properly. Marriage could happen within a year.
