I am facing continuous delays in my marriage. Good proposals come and go, and nothing reaches a final stage. I want to understand the planetary reason behind these obstacles. Are there any doshas or karmic factors affecting my marriage timing? Also, when can I expect things to move forward?

Lagna lord Sun and 7th (and 6th) lord Saturn are in their respective houses. Saturn is retrograde. The 12th lord Moon is also in Lagna. The mutual opposition of Saturn and Moon causes Punarpoo dosha which brings in delays in marriages etc. Recitation of Maha Mrityunjaya Stotra daily and Jalabhishek to Lord Shiva are two simple remedies for this dosha nivarana. The remedies should be done with proper sankalpa.
Dasa lord Moon is favourable for marriage. The antara lord Rahu is, however, placed in its debilitation house in both Rasi and Navamsa charts. It also has no connection to the 7th house or Lagna. Thus you may need to wait for the antara of Jupiter to start (March 2027) for marriage.
You are also a Manglik by virtue of Mars being in the 2nd house. Match charts properly before marriage.

Request you to kindly bear with me and feel free to ignore any part of my opinion or my response/post in its entirety. Also, feel free to seek as many alternate opinion to your query, as you wish.
Delay in marriage is obvious and it looks like the delay is extended or continues further. Given that there is limited input/insight into your personal/family situation and other such information with regards to Desha-Kaala-Patra as also Kula-Gothra (which are very essential) – not to mention limited yoga for a happy/satisfying married life, I’m inclined to think the situation is tending towards denial.
Given the situation, it would perhaps make sense for you to consider having reasonable expectation, be flexible in your views, open to unconventional alliances etc., in case you are truly interested in getting married (specially since happiness or satisfaction in married life seems to be limited).
Beyond whatever has been shared, the Sukshma Parivarthana between Moon/Chandra and Ketu seems to stand out to me. I’m not convinced if you have an inclination to get married by yourself and think it is perhaps the societal/peer/family pressure or something along those lines. In any case if you are truly interested/desiring of getting married, I think it would also make sense for you to consider propitiating Ketu by way of offering special prayers on a regular basis to Lord Ganesha, with unwavering faith/shraddha, devotion/bhakti and a strong Sankalpa.
