What are your health problems and detail out the scary dreams and negative thoughts so that we can look for such indications in your horoscope. You have a very very abnormal horoscope with 186% net strength which is unusual for a normal human being. I have never ever come across such a powerful aberration in the strength of a horoscope in my 50 years of experience. Perhaps you should consult a psychiatrist or a clinical psychologist. An astrologer may not be able to help you.
