Looking at your chart we see that you are in the main period of Rahu and sub period of Venus. Venus rules the 12th house which is for losses. Venus is debilitated presently, hence it is not a good period for a change you can look at change after 24 February 2023.
As Sun rules your 10th house of profession, doing remedies of Sun is strongly recommended.
