My date of birth is 01/03/1972. I am born in pune Maharashtra at 13:12.

There is a dispute for the house were I am staying, this is between me, mother and sister. My father before passing away in 2019, verbally given both the properties to me but now both of them are disputing. I have renovated house by large sum.

I am trying for amicable solution however mother and sister are admitted on their view of selling the property. I am currently not employed and not possessing large funds. My mothers birth date is 2nd july 1950. 2.5 years back mother, me, my wife and children were staying together and my sister is settled in Australia
