Hi,
Your sister is in the midst of Rahu Maha-Dasha (since 2nd half of 2013). He is placed in the 9th house of Dharma-Sthana and neither comfortable nor happy being placed there. This should help explain her life/situation in the last 10 years.
Further, she seems to be somebody who is a bit stubborn, lonesome, with few friends and limited social life. She probably has some fascination for unconventional and out of norm stuff (caste/community etc.)… but seems to control herself (perhaps driven by family values, upbringing and societal pressures).
Given the native’s age, it would make sense for family and well-wisher to put sincere/all-out efforts, even though immediate short or near term seems to have fewer or limited opportunities. More favorable time seems to start from 2025. If due efforts and compromises are not made, the situation might very well tend towards to denial (of marriage).

The native seems to have tendencies/inclinations of being infatuated or having love like feelings. In my humble opinion though, it looks like she might have controlled her natural tendencies/inclinations. Whatever you’ve stated with regards to your parents/family being conservative seems to be at the crux of the issue… and has probably contributed to the delay.
It would perhaps help for all involved to be a bit flexible and accommodative, within reasonable limits.

Hi,
She is a few month away from finishing her 9th lord Mercury/Budha Antara and hence her initiative is quite natural. In my opinion, it is not beneficial and her chances are limited in the immediate short term.
On the sidelines, it looks like she may be susceptible or vulnerable to evil-eye. So, due care is warranted.
