Currently job is not great. With no learning and boss is also not good. I am unable to change teams due to politics issue between bosses even though I performed very well.
Now my company is planning to be taken over or conduct layoff. The situation is not good.
Can you please tell me if the coming months I can expect a team or job change. Or if going for higher studies abroad will be better.
I would be very grateful for your kind advice.
