You have to mature yourselves to get married which you have not. That is evident from asking this question on this site. You should go and ask your girl to marry you and that is what is called making a proposal. If you are waiting for your parents to go and discuss the dowry and other things which you can get from the girl’s family, you will wait for ever. Remember Modi is the new PM.
