Yes.. there may be some challenges on child front. There may be problem while begetting a child as 12th house Lord is aspecting your 5th house, 4th house has Rahu in it. Mars being the 6th may also bring some trouble on the health front of your child.

Well… It may be long standing health problem for your child. I don’t want to say through out his/her life as now a days medical science is very much improved. And, also there are astrology remedies in many forms which may also reduce problems.
Please consult with Doctors for child birth. If they say you and your spouse are medically fit for bearing a child, then astrological problems can be minimized with astrology remedies.
