Respect astrologer’s i really need your advise on my kids health.
My elder is having mild speech issue and autism i am worried about his weight and height as both my sons having chronic kidney disease but as doctors says if we take care they’ll be OK. These are the details if you can shower your experience I’ll appreciate. As I can’t do any hard uppae( remedies)as I live abroad. Your help will be appreciated no whaem please

Both sons are below 12 years of age. No detailed study can be made except for a study of Balarishta.
Elder son’s moon is in the 6th house of Roga but is unaspected by any benefic or malefic planet. Lagna is occupied by the 3rd and 6th lord Jupiter. No planets aspect Lagna. Lagna lord is in its debilitation and aspected by Saturn, moon and Ketu.
For the younger son, Moon is in the 3rd house aspected by Saturn and Ketu. Its dispositor Jupiter is placed in Lagna in its debilitation house. Saturn, the lagna lord is also in lagna. Lagna is aspected by Mars and Rahu. Mercury (who is the rogakaraka) and Sun who sit with Mars are also in the nakshatra of Jupiter.
In both cases, Balarishta is present to a small extent.
You have mentioned that you are unable to do any remedy. But a remedy for pitru dosha is needed for the elder son. May be done at Gokarna, Triambakeshwar or Rameshwaram when you come to India.

Given birth-details of the elder child place Ascendent or Udaya Lagna in the Zodiac sign of Libra or Tula Rashi. Lagna lord Venus/Shukra placed in his Neecha-Sthana or sign of debilitation is not a good sign.
The child is currently in the midst of Ketu Maha-Dasha. He is placed in the 4th house of Homely Comforts and co-lord’s the 2nd house of speech. He is conjunct Mars/Kuja, the other co-lord, who is placed in his Uccha-Sthana or sign of exaltation. More importantly, Ketu is close to Mrityu Bhaga and with the fatal Trimsamsa degrees has probably contributed to Speech issues. Antara is that of Lagna lord Venus/Shukra placed in the 12th house of Vyaya/Losses/Hospitalization/Medical Expenses etc.
For the records, transits starting with Sade-Sathi or Saturn/Shani-dev’s transit across natal placement of Moon/Chandra has probably made the situation a bit more acute.
On the sidelines, there is indeed a strong indications of Pitru Dosha – as called out by respected and highly regarded TKC, which seems to be affecting multiple facets of the native’s life – including health, education, etc. So, it might not be a bad idea to consider seeking help and guidance from knowledgeable/experienced experts to perform dosha nivarana puja or suitable Vedic/Dharmic remedies.
Pitru Dosha is supposed to be associated with Karmic debt of ancestors, involving their past misdeeds, an indication of unsettled souls, unfulfilled desires etc. Please consider a quick/simple Google search, to get some understanding of Pitru Dosha.

He is conjunct Naisargika Aarogya-Karaka or natural signifiger of Health Sun/Ravi, placed in his Neecha-Sthana or sign of debilitation… more importantly they are conjunct Badha-Karaka Mars/Kuja. This is an indication of child being prone or susceptible to Black Magic or Evil Eye.
On the sidelines, conjunction of Saturn/Shani-dev and Jupiter/Guru-dev is an indication of atrocities against innocent and noble creatures in the past life, that can manifest as problems in this lifetime. So, please consider seeking help/guidance from experienced and knowledgeable experts for suitable Vedic/Dharmic remedies.
Further, it looks like the child has undeniable anger/temper issues, along with a wandering/wavering mind, lacking focus (not to mention Sade-Sathi or Saturn/Shani-dev’s transit across natal placement of Moon/Chandra)… that have the potential to create havoc in his life. Please be aware and try not to trigger him (easier for me to suggest and will not be as easy for you to follow).
It may not be a bad idea to consider propitiate/appease current Maha-Dasha lord Mercury/Budha and Lagna Lord Saturn/Shani-dev.

His 1st cusp (self) sub lord is Moon in 6th house, a watery sign and Moon in the star of Mercury in a watery sign. It indicates that the constitution is weak and prone to diseases easily. You do not worry about the weight of your elder son. He will put up weight after 24-11-2025.
His 2nd cusp (speech) sub lord is Venus. Venus is the lord of 1st and 8th in 12th house. Venus is signifying his star lord Sun in a watery sign and Jupiter in 1st house (an airy sign). So the boy could speak well in Venus and Jupiter period. Next bhukti is also co-operative. But he picks up and speaks slowly.
