Sir my question is regarding my body weight it is 77 .88kg. i have to loss it 20kg. i want to know any star is responsible for this. When my body change or weight loss ?

Any exercise or yoga. I detected Thyroid in year 2019-20,So i take medicine but My body look fatty( 36cm waist and 77.88kg weight)
