Hi,
Please check and confirm if the time of birth iyou’ve shared s accurate. In your query, you’ve stated birth-time to be 23:30 Hrs. If true, per the birth-chart I’ve cast, Udaya Lagna or Ascendent in your birth-chart seems to be placed at the extreme edge of the Zodiac sign of Cancer or Karkataka Rashi, in deep Gandanta zone/degrees and changing in less than 30 seconds.
So, there is a good chance of the birth-time being rounded off. And, I’d like to know if the birth-time was earlier or later. In either case, there seem to be challenges or delay in this area. Knowing the exact time of birth will help ascertain the underlying cause/reason, in an effort to address it appropriately.
