It seems that your time of birth is not accurate. Please check it. As per the given time, you should have been in a job and have earning. But you are unemployed.
If you say that time is accurate, within a few days you will have an employment.

Looks like you need to wait for at least 2 years before a job change. And that change will be for the better.
Till that time, patience is needed. You should of course continue to try because without corresponding human effort, astrological indications may not always come through.
