Why do you want to go abroad? If it is for sightseeing, you can go any time. Just get a passport, visa to the countries you intend to visit and book the ticket. If it is for higher studies, it won’t make any difference whether you study in India or abroad. Your future is already predestined and you can know more about it if you get a scientific evaluation of your horoscope.

Sir just tell when I have the most chances of going abroad for any reason be it studies, travel etc.
