My son is 6 years old and is not speaking. Sometimes we can hear the word Amma but thats it. Nothing else.
His date of birth is July 27, 2018 and time 1:04 AM

Could you please tell me if he has a future or not ? We are so worried. Will he ever talk ?

Please clarify two things. 1. Winnipeg is in Canada 2. Is the time of birth inclusive of DST? What the actual time of birth.

Yes Winnipeg is in Canada. Time of birth was 1:04 am early morning on July 27th 2018. I am not sure if it is inclusive of DST.
Lagna is Taurus at 1 degree 11minutes in the nakshatra of Sun. Lagna is unoccupied and unaspected.
The defining nakshatra of the 2nd bhava (connected with speech) is Rohini ruled by Moon. The 2nd bhava also falls in Taurus ruled by Venus.
Moon is in the nakshatra of Sun and occupies the 10th bhava (9th in rasi chart). It is afflicted by a retrograde Mars and Ketu. Opposite to Moon is Sun, Rahu and retrograde Mercury. Sun and Rahu combination forms a Pitru dosha. Rahu and Sun also occupy the 6th amsa w.r.t natal lagna in Navamsa. Rahu also rules the 3rd bhava (connected with communication) defining point.
The 6th bhava of roga is again defined by Hasta nakshatra belonging to Moon. This 6th Bhava is ruled by Mercury and is occupied by Jupiter. Jupiter is the lord of 22nd drekkana also.
The boy is currently in the dasa of Moon signifying both the 6th and 2nd houses. The next dasa of Mars and the next to that Rahu also activate Moon.
No immediate respite is seen.

Karaka Mercury/Budha is placed very close to Mrityu Bhaga and within the fatal Trimsamsa degrees. To make matters worse, luminaries Moon/Chandra and Sun/Ravi are caught in the Rahu-Ketu axis…with a strong Mars/Kuja and Mercury/Budha tagging along. Moon/Chandra being caught in the midst of Krura/Kroora Graha is not a good sign – nor is the presence of low profile miscreants Maandi and Gulika in the 2nd house of Speech.
Given the situation, it might not be a bad idea for you guys to consider offering special prayers regularly to Shriman Narayana, with unwavering faith, bhakti/devotion and a strong Sankalpa. It would also help for you to play and make the child hear Shriman Vishnu Sahasranama, at least twice daily.
