On my part, I’m inclined to think you have a tendency to fall in love – there are strong indications of the same. But then, I’m doubtful of that resulting in a long and stable relationship… specially since you have a very strong temper/anger issues and at times tending towards insanity, making you a completely a different/unreasonable person. You see, the strong 5th lord of Romance is placed uncomfortably in the 7th house of Spousal Relationship, where he is neither happy nor comfortable and will be detrimental for related significance – specially spousal relationship. There is no denying the fact about the 7th lord of Marriage/Spousal Relationship and current Maha-Dasha lord Saturn/Shani-dev (placed in his Neecha-Sthana or the sign of debiliation) has activated Mars/Kuja, the 5th lord of Romance (placed in his Uccha-Sthana or the sign of exaltation)… the theme seems to be repeat from Moon sign or Chandra Lagna. But then, the involvement/association/influence of Ketu nor the 6th lord of Roga-Sthana (some hint of potential health/age-difference etc.) cannot be denied.
