Hi,
In my understanding, you have limited yogas for marriage and/or happiness from it. In my humble opinion, the delay is obvious and the birth-chart seems to be inclining towards denial.
That said, I’m inclined to think possibility for an unconventional exists; being flexible, having reasonable expectations and more importantly being open to such an alliance would be the way forward, in case you are truly desiring.

It seems that the time is not accurate. You have given the approximate time. Any how, basing on the time given by you, it is observed that Moon is signifying her star lord Venus in lagna conjoined with Saturn and signifying her sub lord Saturn. Again Saturn is in the star of Moon (lord of 7th house in 12th house). Saturn and Moon connection gives you abnormal delay in all aspects. Delays and postponements are the common phenomena in your life.
7th cusp (marriage) sub lord Venus is conjoined with 2nd lord Saturn in 1st house. Venus is in the star of Mars (11th lord – success, fulfilment of desires) in 6th house (detriment to marriage) and sub of Rahu who is conjoined with 11th cusp. So you are destined to marry.
