In Vedic astrology, there is no single planet solely responsible for “no relationship,” but certain planetary influences can delay, deny, or complicate partnerships. Saturn (Shani) is the primary planet causing delays, emotional distance, and fear of commitment. Its influence on the 5th house, 7th house, or Venus often leads to loneliness or late relationships. If the affliction is more that means influence of Rahu or Ketu than it can even deny relationship.
Ketu brings detachment and disinterest. When connected with the 7th house or Venus, it can make a person emotionally withdrawn or uninterested in forming bonds. The person keeps away from commitment in a relationship.
Rahu, on the other hand, creates confusion, obsession, and unconventional desires. Its influence on Venus or the 7th house can lead to unstable relationships, sudden breakups, or attraction toward unusual or incompatible partners. Rahu may give relationships, but they often lack stability or clarity. The relationship if formed is more physical than emotional.
An afflicted Venus further weakens love and harmony.
Thus, Saturn delays, Ketu detaches, Rahu destabilizes, and weak Venus reduces attraction, together creating strong challenges or even absence of relationships depending on the overall chart.

The original post seems to be dated. Anyways…assuming birth-details are accurate, I’m inclined to think Moon/Chandra and in-turn the mind is weak, has limited focus, wanders aimlessly and hence the native has very few friends and limited social life. Native’s nature, outlook, attitude etc., might be repelling folk (in general and not only women/girls).
On the sidelines, Sun/Ravi, the 9th lord of Bhagya-Sthana, natural signifier of Soul/Atma, Aarogya/Health etc., is placed in his sign of debilitation or Neecha-Sthana. He also has below par Vimsopaka-Bala in Dasha-Varga indicating weakness. Lastly, current Maha-Dasha is that of Badha-Karaka Mercury/Budha, who activates the 12th lord of Vyaya/Losses.. does not seem to helping the native’s cause.
