He seems to be having some very weak houses which could affect his speech, intelligence and education. His Moon, Mars and Saturn are having low strengths. Suggest you wait till 2030 when you can confirm how well he will speak and give him appropriate education. Give him goat’s milk which is not fed by animal feeds.
