I am presently working in USA and I am actively looking for change of job for the last 3 years but it does not materialize despite best efforts by me. When will be a change of job possible and how will be my career on long term
Secondly, I am looking for marriage from 2023 but not able to find a good match. When shall i get married and will the girl is from USA or from India.

Regarding marriage: 7th cusp sub lord Jupiter is in 7th house and in the star of Mercury in 6th house. Jupiter is in the sub of Saturn (in 10th) who in turn signifies 11th lord Jupiter in 7th house. So you are destined to marry a girl who is well known to you from your same town.
