Given birth-details seems to place Ascendent or Udaya Lagna seems in a Cusp/Sandhi, at the extreme edge in the Zodiac sign of Aries or Mesha Rashi and changing over to the Zodiac sign of Taurus or Vrishaba Rashi in less than a minute. So, there is a good chance your birth-time might have been rounded off to the stated time. So, instead of speculating, it would perhaps make more sense to consider Birth Time Evaluation (BTE) and if need be Birth Time Rectification (BTR).
