Rahu is in 12th house. Rahu is in the star of Saturn in 2nd house (finance). Saturn is conjoined with 10th lord (profession) Venus who is also the 3rd lord (short distances, communications), Jupiter who is the lord 5th (detriment to service) and 8th (tensions, unprecedented events). So Rahu has to give finance through your profession, younger siblings. There would be pressures from your lenders. Rahu gives you change of place in your job to a distant place. There would be overwork in your profession.
Rahu is in the sub of Mercury (lord of 2nd and 11th) who is in 1st house. It is good. You can manage well all the above. It gives you success from your children.
