Your observations are all misleading like Venus/Mercury combination is not there in the 10th house, but is there in 12th house as per Rasi Chart. But in your bhava chart they are not together. Your lagna is Aquarius. Please check your date and time of birth once again.

If you think that the shared time of birth is correct, there is nothing to comment about your Venus/Mercury combination in 10th house simply because it is not there.
