First please know the difference of a house and a sign. A house is the imaginary divisions around earth, based on the earths rotation. A house gives the matters like marriage, job, finance etc. A sign is the equal division of place in the zodiac belt where all the planets are moving in the sky. Planets will be transiting their rays from the signs through the houses and the rays reaches the native according to the place and time of birth. Lagna is the position of earth, where a native is born, rises in the east. From lagna we have to read the chart.

In your case Saturn and Ketu are in the 6th house. Rahu and Mars are in the 12th house as Lagna falls in 15°32’36″in Virgo. Rahu is in 7°24’2″ and Mars is in 12°12’27”. As they are beyond the lagna degrees they are treated as if they are in 12th house even though 12th house falls in Leo. Like wise Saturn and Ketu are beyond 7th cusp and so they are treated to be in 6th house..

Rahu is signifying his star lord Sun in 5th house (detriment to service) and his sub lord Ketu in 6th house (regular service). Rahu is also signifying 10th lord (profession) Mercury in 4th house. So it gives you a job in your home town even though there are some disturbances.
